I tried to buy this dress with the discount 70% off (32,40€), but when I added the dress to my basket, the price changed back to normal price 108€. Am I doing something wrong with purchangin?

What are the measurements for size UK22? It is not included in the size chart. I am normally a UK20 but do not see that option in the dropdown. Thank you.
