Get spook-tacular this Halloween!

☾ ☆ Get spook-tacular this Halloween! ☾ ☆

BOO! Are you getting ready for the night where we all hail the pumpkin king but you’re undecided on your Halloween outfit? Whether you’re seeking Elvira, Morticia or Wednesday Addams vibes we’ve come up with four outfits to inspire you this season and fulfil the needs of your Gothic soul!

“That’s okay, my appearance is kind of a shock to everyone.” We’re bringing dresses featuring black velvet floor-length styles to help you become the Gothic mistress of your nightmares with our Elvira inspired outfit. We’ve chosen our Billa velvet maxi dress with her sassy leg slit on one side is totally reminiscent of Elvira’s vampire vibes. We’ve combined our Obi belt in black along with our Spider brooch which you can place anywhere on your outfit or in the centre of your belt to replicate the look! Finish the outfit off with our patent Carrie T-bar heels to add some extra sass! Remember to use black eyeliner and back-comb the crown of your head to the high heavens to complete the ultimate signature Elvira look!

“You said it twice, just say it once more!” Beetlejuice is one of many much-loved Tim Burton movies and we’ve taken inspiration from his prisoner-style black and white suit using our Marilu striped swing skirt and paired this with our Bernie boat neck knitted top.  We’re bringing spooky and vintage together with both these styles and can be worn all year round  which you can also pair with our patent Lucille heels in black. Beetlejuice is rotting away so he features a lot of green shades in his look most noticeable on his face an hair and Erstwilder’s Kiss of the spider-woman brings in those hints of green into your look. Stay vintage yet spooky or why not go the extra mile and team your outfit with black and white stripey socks/hosiery and green hair spray?

“I’m not perky.” Our favourite gloomy, spooky and kooky Addam’s family gal – Wednesday, was a great inspiration for our next Halloween outfit featuring our Winona pencil dress. She features Wednesday’s signature white Peter Pan collar and black long sleeved dress. Our pencil dress is perfect for a Halloween night out and we also have a swing dress version coming soon and a top in the Winona style. Wednesday likes to keep her style Gothic yet simple so we have paired our Maria half boot and Cleo kitty bag to keep your essentials in. Why not add some Halloween flair with Erstwilder‘s Will-O’ the wisp pumpkin brooch and don’t forget to plait your hair to complete the look!

Say “hello darling” to our last look inspired by Cruella De Vil. This look features our black Mae pencil dress similar to the fitted style worn in the original animated film and of course we can’t forget her infamous, signature fur coat. To resemble Cruella’s love for Haute couture, we’ve used our Pearl coat, she’s a statement piece with a luxurious (faux) fur trim. Pair these items with our Layla high heel and Ruched faux leather gloves as Cruella loves to accessorise with accents of red teamed with our Elegant black bag. Lastly, complete the look with her half black and white hair using a wig, spraying your hair or finding a monochrome hat to bring the look altogether.

We hope we’ve given you some inspiration as we’re bringing you so many pieces this season that are sure to spook this Halloween. With our array of all things spooky and kooky you’re bound to find prints, designs and cuts suitable to your favourite Halloween icon so browse our selection of scary cats, holographic moons, “witchy” check prints and more for your spooky soirée!
