Store Manager - Brighton

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager for the Brighton store to join our rapidly growing company. You will be required to work closely and report directly with the General/Area Manager. You will be based at our Brighton branch at 29 Bond Street, working shifts including weekends. An immediate start is preferable for this 45 hour week position, over 5 days between Monday-Sunday. You will average one weekend off per month.

Salary: dependent on experience 

Closing date: 02/02/17

Required Skills:

• Proven leadership qualities, team and people management experience and the ability to get the task done.

• Passionate self-motivator with ambition, dedication and drive to grow the team and store to success.

• Excellent organisation skills, a high level of accuracy, an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task.

• Strong communication skills with customers and staff alike, the ability to work closely with General/Area Manager and product results.

• Excellent customer service skills and training experience with enthusiasm to lead by example.

• Adaptable to change and growth, inciting new ideas and procedures within the store and the company

Main Responsibilities include:

• Staff Management of full and part timers in the store- Including attendance, punctuality and performance reviews

• Regular one-to-one meetings and yearly appraisals with store team to report, record and monitor goal setting and career progression

• Cash handling responsibilities for the Brighton Store

• Active interest in stock management within your store including  planning and execution of stock takes every quarter- Liaise with Stores Merchandiser

• Management of in- store concessions- Liaise with contacts

• An input into recruitment and inductions for your store. Monitoring and additional training throughout probation periods

• Organisation, planning and running monthly training sessions

• Representative of Health and Safety for your store

• Prompt and accurate dealing with in-store and emailed Customer Service issues

Store Manager - Old Spitalfields Market

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager for the Spitalfield’s store to join our rapidly growing company. You will be required to work closely and report directly with the General/Area Manager. You will be based at our Spitalfields branch at 69 Brushfield Street, working shifts including weekends. An immediate start is preferable for this 45 hour week position, over 5 days between Monday-Sunday. You will average one weekend off per month.

Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our rapidly growing company. You will be required to work in our goods in/ dispatch department reporting directly to our Pick, Pack and Process Team Leader. You will be based at our Head Office, Unit R2B, Warehouse K, 2 Western Gateway, E16 1DR. An immediate start is preferable for this 45 hour week position, over 5 days between Monday-Sunday (some weekend s may be required).

Required Skills:

• Warehouse experience preferred with passion and commitment for the role.

• An ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and to work quickly.

• Enthusiastic outlook towards working individually and as part of our fast paced dedicated warehouse team

• Using initiative to overcome any arising issues and a clear understanding of the importance of the role.

• Excellent spoken and written English language skills.

• Full clean driving licence as delivery driving may be a requirement in the future.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Navigating our 5688 square foot warehouse where you will pick stock from the shelving layout using reports/invoices 

• Processing orders onto our internal computer system- Fashion Master

• Packing orders accurately and with speed- UK, International, retail and wholesale

• Barcode labelling stock accurately for retail outlets

• Completing all relevant paperwork to deadline

• Goods In – Unloading and packing deliveries (some heavy lifting is required)
