Production Assistant Role - Full Time

We are looking for a Production Assistant to work at our Head Office in London Docklands, this is a full time role which requires 45 hours per Week (Mon-Fri). The Production Assistant role is a very varied role that at times can be rather admin heavy. The responsibilities involve the main task of our company wide quality control, as well as a mix of production tasks, copy writing and web content management.  The candidate will be working with the production and product development teams, as well as the warehouse and stock control operatives. This role would be ideal for someone who is able to sufficiently manage their own workload in a timely manner and can pay meticulous attention to details.

Main Tasks include;

·         -Garment Quality Tester and Controller

a.    Measuring and testing production samples

b.    Checking for any faults from production, and working with the production team to resolve any issues.

c.    Responsible for creating a QC Feedback for each weeks delivery

d.    Informing suppliers of any QC issues, resolving said issues, and working to avoid future problems

e.    Some international travel to visit factories and perform QC checks may be required.

·         -Dealing with international and domestic suppliers, in a variety of production matters.

·         -Ordering and distributing production materials to suppliers.

·         -Product creation and curation across all brands in the company stock system and website, including image checks, price checks, and copy writing.

·         -Raising Purchase Orders for new collections and re-orders

·         -General ad hoc admin duties

The ideal candidate should have the following skills;

-          -Fully computer literate, particularly with Excel

-          -Understanding of garment construction is not essential, but would be beneficial.

-          -Strong organisation skills

-          -High level of accuracy

-          -Strong level of spoken and written English, with a flair for creative writing as a bonus.

-          -Able to multi-task and possesses excellent communication skills

-          -Must be confident in decision making and problem solving.

-          -Willingness for some international travel

Warehouse Assistant Role - Temporary Position (Up to 4 Months)

Flexible hour’s contract

We are a vintage inspired fashion brand; our head office is based in the London docklands and we have stores in Camden, Spitalfield’s, Commercial Street and Brighton. We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our rapidly growing company. You will be required to work in our goods in/ dispatch department reporting directly to our Pick, Pack and Process Team Leader. You will be based at our Head Office, Unit R2B, Warehouse K, 2 Western Gateway, E16 1DR. November start would be ideal. We have several roles available within our Warehouse team. Please let us know your availability in your application. We will have roles ranging from 1 day per week to 5 days per week. 

Required Skills;

-Warehouse experience preferred with passion and commitment for the role.

-An ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and to work quickly.

- Enthusiastic outlook towards working individually and as part of our fast paced dedicated

warehouse team

- Using initiative to overcome any arising issues and a clear understanding of the importance of

the role.

- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.

 

Main Responsibilities include;

- Navigating our warehouse where you will pick stock from the shelving layout using

reports/invoices

- Processing orders onto our internal computer system- Fashion Master

- Packing orders accurately and with speed- UK, International, retail and wholesale

- Barcode labelling stock accurately for retail outlets

- Completing all relevant paperwork to deadline

- Goods In. Unloading and packing deliveries (some heavy lifting is required)

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager - Full Time

Digital Marketing or Ecommerce Manager with 5 years' experience in the Fashion Industry is needed for our client, a well-established vintage clothing designer and retailer based in London. Over the past seventeen years, they have grown from running a market stall in Camden to opening four stores around London, and are still growing. They combine new fashion trends with classic vintage styles and a good splash of rock and roll! They are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing and Ecommerce Manager to join their team to expand their brand presence, particularly through paid advertising. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and looking to step up in a fast-paced SME environment. They have come a long way over the past few years but now need to refine their processes and practices, to ensure they continue to stay strong into the future - you would be a key individual in the future of this exciting brand.


Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will find yourself:

Developing and implementing marketing strategies to gain new customers (both offline & online)

Creating digital marketing campaigns Managing the digital marketing budget Managing Marketing Assistant Preparing daily and weekly reports

Launching and managing International Website Fascias & associated marketing Working closely with Warehouse & IT Managers to improve operations

Managing website content

Managing the Marketing, Customer Service and Multi-channel teams

Requirements:

Proven track record (5 years’ experience ideally) working within the fashion industry - although this could be your opportunity to step up to a Management role if you are currently more junior

Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO and Adwords Very analytical with the ability to apply findings to increase sales

Understanding of Affiliate Marketing Management

Ability to analyse the performance of mailing lists and social media campaigns

Experience executing CRM campaigns Experience in Social Paid Advertising (desirable)

Project Manager - Shopfitting & Maintenance - Full time

This is a unique opportunity that will be extremely rewarding for the right candidate. We are looking for a hands-on project manager to bring our brand to life physically, building on what currently exists and taking us to the next level. Predominantly customer-facing elements including stores, trade shows or showroom; however, this may extend to operational projects within the warehouse & office. 

The role will be split between the London office and on-site. If your skills are more practical and less on the creative side, this will also be considered as we have numerous creative individuals within the business whom can inspire direction.

 

Key responsibilities:

1) Retail store opening & Maintenance

2) Trade show Stand build

3) Office & Warehouse Development

 

-Produce, maintain and publish new and refurbishment project calendars ensuring they are issued and updated in a timely manner throughout the process.

-Responsible for health & safety requirement, maintenance & action where necessary for multiple sites. 

-Manage the store opening process & of prior work.

-Sourcing, managing & working with on-site contractors

-Manage all project deliveries ensuring purchase orders and vendor invoices are raised, receipted and paid in a timely fashion to meet project milestones. 

-Record and track all financials relating to opening new and refurbished stores by maintaining a store opening cost tracker. 

-Assist in creating opening cost budgets for forthcoming projects. 

-Create and maintain store opening project files, manage drawings and all relevant documentation

-Communicate professionally at all levels including external business partners and senior internal management both face to face and on telephone.
